Crisis is universal, which means that everyone experiences it in certain situations. A crisis situation involves the entirety of an individual’s actions, thus affects both personal and professional functioning. While the experience itself is universal, it is the way in which the crisis is handled that is crucial for the future wellbeing of the employee.
Mentoring – Crisis Coaching makes it possible not only to provide professional support to employees, but is also an opportunity for post-crisis development. It is a form of work that provides both psychological support to facilitate recovery from a crisis situation, as well as support in using the crisis for one’s own development and for boosting one’s inner strength.
The form of work and the number of consultations is determined individually.
