Service Desk Specialist with Danish Ref. No: 6878

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Very good command of Dannish (spoken and written)
  • Experience in a similar role (preferably in Finance and Accounting sector) 
  • Customer Service experience 
  • Knowledge of SAP as an asset
  • Experience in working with a ticketing system is an asset


Responsibilities:

  • Participates in providing 2nd level support service within AP/AR/T&E queries
  • Opens, monitors, and updates incidents in a ticketing system
  • Handles and documents all calls in QMS system
  • Ensures that the resolution is provided in a timely and effective manner
  • Provides good quality service through phone/e-mail interactions
  • Strives towards improving First Call Resolution
  • Develops and maintains support documentation
  • Trains junior team members
