Requirements:

• University diploma (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing)
• Strong command of spoken and written English language
• Good client facing skills

Responsibilities:

• Delivers high quality, professional and proactive day to day service within agreed SLA’s and ensures they are fulfilled according to the agreed timetable
• Acts as the first point of contact in case of issues with catalogues and contracts (internally)
• Delivers a high quality and cost effective service by performing tasks in line with the written procedures or assigned by senior staff under supervision
