Who is the controller of my personal data?

The data controller of your personal data is AG TEST HR spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa, with the registered office at ul. Which personal data are processed by the controller?

As the controller of personal data, within the meaning of GDRP, AG TEST HR processes in particular the following personal data:

  • Personal data of candidates applying for a job (data provided by candidates to the controller in relation to their participation in recruitment processes – especially data contained in their CV)
  • Personal data of customers (data of companies * and contractors – basic data used to issue and register invoices (name, NIP (tax identification number), address of the registered office) and to contact customers (name, surname, company name, position, e-mail address, telephone number)
  • Data of people, who enrolled for the HR in Centres Conference (basic contact data provided by the participants during registration, image)
  • Data of people asking queries through contact forms, e-mail or telephone (basic contact data (name, surname, e-mail address) provided by people in relation to their queries to the controller)

*  Company data are treated as personal data only if they make it possible to identify people whom they refer to. Corporations’ data are not treated as personal data.

On what grounds does the controller process my personal data?

Below are presented the rules governing the processing of your personal data (in particular, it is explained who has the access to your personal data, how long they are stored and what are the rules for their processing).

Personal data of job applicants

Personal data are processed for the purposes of the recruitment process indicated by you or for the purposes of future recruitment processes should you give relevant consent. Recipients of the data may be companies responsible for organising a certain recruitment process (upon your consent). The data may be shared with entities authorised under the law and under relevant agreements with the suppliers of infrastructure and IT services. Wherever the processes involve personal data processing, AG TEST HR does not make decisions in an automated way. The basis for the processing of personal data are relevant regulations (especially the Labour Code) and consent given by you. The data processed by the controller will be stored until you withdraw your consent. Providing personal data within the scope required by the law, and in particular the Labour Code, is obligatory, otherwise it is voluntary. At the same time, in view of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Labour Code, please do not include in your application documents any information which is not relevant to recruitment process.

Personal data of business partners

Personal data are processed for the purposes of establishing and maintaining business relations, performance of binding contracts, and fulfilling legal obligations (including, in particular obligations resulting from the Accounting Act and VAT Act). The data may be shared with entities authorised under the law and under relevant agreements with the entities providing AG TEST HR with services aimed to perform its legal obligations (for example accountancy office) and with suppliers of infrastructure and IT services, who are contracted by AG TEST HR to process the data. The basis for the processing of personal data are binding regulations (in particular the Accounting Act and VAT Act), the necessity to take actions prior to concluding the contract, ensuring its performance and controller’s legitimate interest, i.e. establishing and maintaining business relations. Wherever the processes involve personal data processing, AG TEST HR does not make decisions in an automated way. Your data will be stored until you withdraw your consent to having your data processed, however not sooner than applicable under the binding law. Providing personal data is voluntary, however it is required for maintaining business relations with AG TEST HR and fulfilling obligations of both parties under the binding contracts.

People who enrolled for the HR in Centres Conference

Personal data processed for the purposes of organising the HR in Centres Conference. The data may be shared with entities authorised under the law and under relevant agreements with the suppliers of infrastructure and IT services, who are contracted by AG TEST HR to process the data. Wherever the processes involve personal data processing, AG TEST HR does not make decisions in an automated way. The basis for processing your personal data is your consent. Your data will be stored until you withdraw your consent. Providing personal data is voluntary, however it is required to enroll for and participate in the conference.

People sending queries through contact forms, e-mail and phone calls

Personal data will be processed for the purposes of electronic communication and actions taken on your request. The data may be shared with entities authorised under the law and under relevant agreements with the suppliers of infrastructure and IT services, who are contracted by AG TEST HR to process the data. The basis for the data processing is the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, such as electronic communication and actions taken upon request of people, whom the data refer to. Wherever the processes involve personal data processing, AG TEST HR does not make decisions in an automated way. The data processes by the controller will be stored for the duration of electronic communication or until the actions taken on your request have been completed. Providing personal data is voluntary yet it is necessary to exchange e-mails or take actions on your request.

You have the right to:

  • request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing as well as the right to data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (PUODO)
