We are recruiting our Dream Team

Advisory Group TEST Human Resources in collaboration with Mam Marzenie Foundation and What’s Up Magazine are pleased to announce that our Dream Team has just began recruiting! It is one of our most interesting recruitment campaigns, and for a good cause. We search for people willing to join us in helping the children taken care of by the Mam Marzenie Foundation. The help is real – the Dream Team’s task will be to… fulfil dreams!

We want to motivate everyone, who would like to join us in helping others (but watch out! Our experience shows helping is addictive!). You can select your Dreamer from among those featured on the Foundation’s website (zobacz więcej).The Dreamers are children aged 3 to 18, suffering from life-threatening diseases. The Dream Team’s task is to realize the dreams of a chosen Dreamer, thereby providing the children and their families with unforgettable experiences, which would make them forget about the suffering for a while, and brighten their lives with happiness, give them strength in fighting the disease and hope for the future.

It is not difficult at all! We encourage you to create your own Dream Team and let us all fulfil more children’s dreams. It really does not take much for a child to feel truly happy despite the circumstances. Sometimes all it takes is a little bit of good intentions…. 🙂

Dreams. Who does not have dreams? Who would not like them to come true? Though most of us have plenty of strength and time to realize our dreams one by one, there are those who are not so lucky. That is why our Dream Team helps!

How to join? It is very easy – here is how:

1. Recruit your Dream Team

Gather a group of people willing to make children’s dreams come true.

2. Choose a Dreamer

Visit www.mammarzenie.org and choose a Dreamer, for whom you would like to do something.

3. Contact a volunteer

Contact a volunteer taking care of a certain dream and agree how you can realize it. And then… it is all up to YOU!

Mam Marzenie Foundation was launched in 2004 in Kraków, Warsaw and Poznań. Since 2007, with 16 branches in Białystok, Bydgoszcz, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Katowice, Kielce, Kraków, Lublin, Łódź, Olsztyn, Opole, Poznań, Rzeszów, Szczecin, Trójmiasto, Warszawa and Wrocław, it has expanded to operate countrywide.
