Accounts Payable Senior Accountant with French Ref. No: 6660

Kingfisher is recently opening a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow. We are looking for experienced candidates for the above position.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of P2P process
• Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting
• Very good spoken & written English (B2) language skills
• Very good spoken & written French (B2) language skills
• Very good MS Excel knowledge
• At least basic MS Access knowledge
• Analytical skills
• Being able to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude
• Knowledge of SAP accounting system (although not essential)
• Being self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Regular posting of invoices from suppliers
• Performing three-way matching for non-trade and inter-company payables
• Solving of price and quantity differences
• Processing non-PO invoices
• Performing vendor payments
• Managing vendor enquiries
• Analyzing and reconciling accounts
• Running month end closing reports
• Managing AP related documentation
• Resolving AP related issues in line with the Service Level Agreement
• Proposing and implementing Continuous Improvements initiatives to increase the efficiency of performed processes
• Processing and controlling Travel & Expenses documents
