Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies
• Professional experience in the area of procurement/logistics/supply chain would be an asset
• Very good English in speech and writing
• Good German in speech and writing
• Working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform standard procurement activities and clarify operational issues
• Timely and accurately process procurement transactions 
• Select proper buying channel
• Verify purchase requisition completeness
• Complete, release, monitor and follow-up purchase orders
• Contribute to invoice resolution and recording goods receipts
• Evaluate and manage claims
• Support supplier evaluation 
• Contribute to continuous process improvements
• Attend regular status calls with the internal stakeholders
