Requirements:

• University degree or a Student (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing)
• Strong command of spoken and written English language
• Good knowledge and hands-on exposure in MS-Office
• No purchasing experience is required
• First experience in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing would be an asset
• Availaiblity for a full time job

Responsibilities:

• Technical and operational management of the procurement process
• Supporting new supplier qualifications to expand supply base
• Preparing reports and providing analytical support to procurement team, including undertaking market analysis and supplier qualification processes
• Building positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Issuing purchase orders and being support for the Local Purchasers
• Providing support to the Sourcing Operations Team globally
