What we are looking for:

• Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic/statistics/mathematics/IT disciplines
• 3 - 4 years of experience in reporting area or in similar
• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Very good command of MS Excel (pivot table, analytical functions, data visualization)
• Command of Power BI or Tableau will be an asset
• Command of VBA or Python will be an asset
• High level of problem-solving competence as well as pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
• Team player within international, cross-functional teams
• Numeric skills

In your new job you will:

• Extraction & processing of data from various LH Systems
• Business reports generation
• Adhoc basic report management
• Distribution reports in accordance with defined standards
• Updating and creation process documentation on daily basis
• Contacts directly with customers – independently handles incoming/outgoing communication written and verbal
• Implements changes in the reports requested by customer
• Optimizing & Automating - business reports preparation
• Use and develop automated solutions ideas for report preparation
• Maintaining high quality standards
